New Development - Dunholm Road

Dundee's Lord Provost, John Letford, opened Abertay's newest development in Dunholm Road, Dundee on         24th October 2008. 

Vice Chairperson, Ken Dunn said, "We at Abertay, are particularly proud of the qulaity of these houses.  They boast exceptionally high insulation values, maximised south facing glazing, innovative breathing wall construction and minimised use of toxic containing materials.  And in this current climate, reducing our tenant's fuel costs is crucial"

The Lord Provost commented , "It is a high quality housing development for the technology, the affordability and the enviornmental condiseration too"  Additionally, he added, "I think Abertay Housing Association is doing a good job and this is a model of how social housing should be".
