There are a number of ways to pay your rent. You can choose the one that suits you best.
AllPay
All tenants are provided with a payment card. If you want to pay your rent via the internet, the
allpayments.net link will take you to the AllPay site. Once there, you will be asked for your payment card serial number, then follow the on-screen instructions.
Your AllPay payment card can also be used at any Post Office, Paypoint or Payzone terminal located in shops, supermarkets or in any Link office. You can telephone Allpay direct on 0870 243 6040.
Direct Debit or Standing Order through your bank
If you have a bank account you can pay by Direct Debit or Bank Standing Order, this is probably the simplest way to pay your rent. If you wish to pay this way, you can complete a form at our office, or we can send one out to you.

By Post
Cheques or postal orders made payable to Abertay Housing Association and posted to:

Please make sure you attach a note to each payment, giving your name, address and rent reference number.
If you cannot avoid sending cash by post, make sure you send it by registered mail.
