Our Factoring Service
If you live in a flat, and we own any of the other flats in your close, then we act as factor for the block. This means that we will organise any repairs which may be needed to the common parts of the building (the close, roof, outside walls etc) on behalf of all the owners. We will also include you in our block insurance policy. You will be invoiced twice yearly (in February and August), for your share of the costs we have spent, together with a management charge to cover our costs. We do not make a profit on this service.

Maintenance of Common Grounds
On many of our estates there are grassed areas, trees and shrubs which we maintain for the good of everyone on the estate. The costs of this work are shared among all the properties on that estate. We do this by invoicing all the owners in August each year for a share of the cost, together with a small administration charge. As we are a charitable organisation, the administration charge aims simply to enable us to cover our costs. We do not make a profit on the service.
