We aim to provide an efficient repair service and pride ourselves on our high standards. We have set up a repairs procedure that ensures that we will carry out the repairs within a specified length of time, depending on the importance of the repair required.
Most of the repairs that will be needed in your home will be our responsibility, although there are some repairs which you will be required to carry out yourself. Please refer to your Tenants Handbook for details.

Gas Safety
If it is treated properly, Gas is a safe and efficient source of power for heating and cooking. Treated Wrongly, however, it can be a killer. The safe use of appliances puts responsibilities on you as a tenant, as well was Abertay as you Landlord.

Right to Repair
Because we want to provide an efficient and high quality repairs service, we have set up a 'Right To Repair' policy which lists your rights and the action you can take when we have failed to meet our targets for repair.
