Abertay Housing Association has seven sheltered housing complexes with a total of 286 properties. Our sheltered housing is located in Gordon Street, Fintry Mains, Caldrum Street, Rosebank, Patons Lane, Dura Street and Dryburgh Gardens.

Being a sheltered tenant does not mean that you have to give up your independence.  You still have your own house and can come and go as you please.  The Scheme Manager contacts you every morning to make sure you are OK and unless there is an emergency that may be the only contact you have.

At all our sheltered complexes, tenants have the right to choose how much they want to become involved in social activities and because our sheltered lounges are very busy with tea and toast mornings, bingo, lunch clubs, party nights, coach trips etc, our Scheme Managers have a hard time fitting everything in.
