We offer a quick and easy stage 1 interview (either over the phone or by appointment in the office) to determine if you are likely to have a high enough priority to be housed by us. If you have, or even if you have not but wish to apply to us anyway, we will then arrange for you to complete an application form and carry out a more in depth interview at a later date. This is called a stage 2 interview and is conducted in the office. This allows us to inform you of your housing options and the likelihood of being housed in the type of house, size and areas of your choice. It also gives us a good idea of the location, type and size of the house you are looking for.
