Fintry Gala Day 2026

What a fantastic day was had at this year’s Fintry Gala Day. This must have been the best attended Gala Day in a long time and there was so much for everyone to do.

The weather even played ball and it turned out to be a lovely sunny day (although a bit windy).

It was so good to see the huge smiles on the kids’ faces as they enjoyed all the free activities and even getting a delicious free ice-cream from the van.

This very successful event would not have been possible without a massive thank you to all the dedicated volunteers who poured their energy into organising and executing the day; their tireless efforts every year are precisely what makes such occasions truly special.

If you want to get involved in next year’s Gala Day, please contact the Finmill Centre to volunteer your services on 01382 438641.

On the day we held a surprise raffle for the kids and the 5 winners each received a £50 Smyths gift card. Congratulations to everyone who won and hopefully you can all treat yourself to some nice things.

We can’t wait until next year.
