Owners’ invoices will be posted this week so you should receive them shortly. Our owners factsheet which accompanies the invoices is here. The invoices include:
• Landscaping for the period 1 April 2024 – 31 March 2025.
• Repairs carried out over the period 1 October 2024 – 28 February 2025 where appropriate.
• Your Management Fee.
