Callum Main is a Governance Officer at Caledonia Housing Association, with over four years of experience in the housing sector. He holds a Master’s degree in Housing Studies from the University of Stirling and has previously worked at Kingdom Housing Association in a range of roles including capital investment, housing management, tenancy support, customer services, and corporate communications.
Callum joined the board in January 2025, bringing a broad understanding of housing operations and governance. He is focused on contributing to practical solutions and supporting service improvements that benefit tenants and communities. His work has also been published nationally through the Chartered Institute of Housing.
Callum sits on the Audit, Finance and Risk Management Sub-Committee.
