If you only receive estate services from us, you will receive an annual invoice in May which includes your share of the open space maintenance costs, together with your management fee.
If your property is in a factored block, you will receive an invoice in May covering estate services, any repairs undertaken in the previous 6 months and your management fee. You will also receive an invoice in November covering building insurance if you are in a tenement or multi storey block, repairs undertaken in the previous 6 months and your management fee.
You may receive invoices outwith the regular cycle where planned maintenance or painter work has been carried out to your property, or where there are particularly large repairs,
