The information below applies only to owner occupiers.
Tenants will receive an appointment from WRB Gas to arrange their annual gas service.
It is your responsibility as a home owner to arrange services for your boiler.
WRB Gas carry out this work for Abertay tenants and have offered to provide a service for Abertay owners. Abertay owners are no longer offered a discount but owners can set up a Service Plan Contract (where the boiler is under warranty) at £9 per month and the Gold Star Plan can be set up for £15 per month.
- The “Service Plan” includes an annual service visit and priority attention to repairs. The customer pays for any repairs.
- The “Gold Star Plan” includes an annual service visit, 24 hour emergency response and all repairs are included.
Both contracts have terms and conditions and would be subject to an initial survey by a WRB Gas engineer. For Abertay owners they offer a discount on both contracts, the Service Plan £50 and the Gold Star Plan £156. The Gold Star Plan can also be paid by direct debit at £13 per month and all prices quoted include VAT.
