£20 and £50 Paper Notes

Paper £20 and £50 notes issued by Scottish banks, the Bank of England and Northern Irish Banks will cease to be legal tender after 30 September 2022. We will therefore be unable to accept them as payment from Monday 3 October. Your bank or the Post Office will be able to change them after that date.
