Further to guidance from the Prime Minister and First Minister Abertay’s Office currently remains closed to the public.

The office phones are working as normal, so if you call 01382 903545 during normal working hours, you will get through to a member of our Customer Services Team.  If you call outwith office hours, you will be put through to our Out Of Hours Emergency Service.

Repairs

Abertay has kept the Repairs Service going throughout the Covid-19 pandemic, in line with government guidance by continuing to deal with Essential and Emergency Repairs. From Monday 26th April 2021 our customers are invited to report all types of Repairs again and non-essential work in tenants’ homes will resume. Tradespeople have been allowed to work in occupied homes for a while now and we will keep each other safe by continuing to follow the guidance, wearing appropriate PPE where necessary and maintaining 2 metres social distancing, as well as following good hand and respiratory hygiene practices.

The Right to Repair remains suspended.

Lettings

The letting of properties will continue, with appropriate safety measures introduced, as they are essential.

Mutual Exchanges

Mutual Exchanges restart from 3 May 2021.

Empty Properties

Repairs to empty properties will continue during this period, with appropriate safety measures introduced.
