Electrical Safety Tests – Urgent Action Required

As a Registered Social Landlord, we are required to follow the mandatory rules for electrical safety tests for all of our properties, which includes our tenants’ homes.
The Scottish Government require us to have an in date (less than 5 years old) test certificate for all of our homes. The deadline for all homes to be in this position is 31 March 2022.
