Abertay HA has been advised that Ourpower is no longer trading as of 24 January 2019.
For all out tenants with Ourpower, your energy supply will not be disrupted as a result of Ourpower going out of business. OFGEM have a safety net in place in the event of this happening.
OFGEM will move you to a new supplier once they find the best deal for you, this usually takes a few days, the new supplier will then get in touch with you and set up an account.
OFGEM advise that it is best to wait for your new supplier to contact you before switching.
If you pay by Direct Debit you can cancel this and you should be able to top up your meter with your card/key as normal.
