Outcome Of Our Rent Consultation

Abertay recently consulted tenants on a proposed rent increase for 2017/18. The majority of tenants who responded to the survey felt that the lower increase of 1% from April 2017 was the better option. This was agreed by our Management Committee on 25 January 2017. All tenants are being advised of the outcome in writing. The full report to Committee can be viewed here.
