Rent Consultation 2023/24 Deadline extended to 16 January

Published: 13/12/22

The Housing (Scotland) Act 2001 requires social landlords to consult with tenants and take account of their views when making decisions about proposed rent increases, as well as other housing activities.
The Scottish Social Housing Charter sets the standards and outcomes that all social landlords in Scotland should aim to achieve when performing their housing activities.
We will very shortly be in touch with you, to consult on our proposed Annual Rent Review for 2023 and as always, value your feedback.
Our Chief Executive, Barry Moore has compiled a detailed letter explaining the two proposed options and the reasoning behind both.
