Abertay Housing Association has achieved the Silver Healthy Working Lives Award.  The Healthy Working Lives programme helps organisations to identify issues and improve the health, safety and wellbeing of staff.  The award aims to assist organisations to:

• Have a healthier, more motivated and productive workforce
• Reduce absence rates and support employees in work and returning to work
• Reduce accidents, incidents and work-related ill health
• Contribute to the wider health of the community

Abertay achieved the Bronze Award in 2016 and has been working towards silver over the last 18 months.
