Smoke Detectors

For the safety of your family and your neighbours we ask all our residents to make sure that they do not cover up their smoke detectors at any time.
If there is a fire and your detector is covered then the alarm will not always be effective. If you think your smoke alarm may be faulty you must contact the Abertay office on 01382 903545 or customerservice@abertayha.co.uk immediately.
In the event of a fire, if your smoke alarm is found to have been covered this will invalidate your home contents and also your buildings insurance.
