Abertay’s Management Committee recently held a strategy day. It was an opportunity for many of the new committee members elected at the AGM to get to know existing committee members and senior staff and to find out a bit more about how housing associations work. Some who were interested in joining the Management Committee also attended and may be co-opted onto committee in future.  There were a number of interesting discussions on the future direction of the Association which will be taken forward through the planning process over the coming months.
