Kathleen is a retired primary school teacher and has been a Board Member since 1999 as a Tenant member. Kathleen sits on the Audit, Finance and Risk Management Sub-Committee, and the Asset Management and Development Sub-Committee. She chairs the Asset Management and Development Sub-Committee.
